Hotel Information at Calaby Parc Executive Homes - Hotel Calabay Parc Executive Homes is an executive community located less than 9 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. It is the perfect location for guests to visit attractions, and is very close to restaurants and various shops. This community of luxurious 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes has a well established feel due to the mature landscaping, wide boulevards and oversized lots.
Accomodation at Calaby Parc Executive Homes - Hotel The homes have either 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home is fully equipped and features a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. Guests may obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival at an extra charge. The homes are one or two storey (to be requested at the time of reservation) and have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge there is a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and another TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom normally has a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms have either double or twin beds inside. The recommended home occupancy levels are 3 bedroom for up to 6 people, 4 bedroom up to 8 people and 5 bedroom up to 10 people. Please note, the homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional 2 people when using the sleeper sofa or roll away that can be located in the main living area. However, for reasons of privacy and comfort, Calabay Parc strongly recommend guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.
Facilities & Services at Calaby Parc Executive Homes - Hotel The outside area of the homes, are equipped with patio furniture and a swimming pool. These can be heated with the exception of during the months June - September and therefore must be requested at the time of reservation (Gas pool heat only). Please note, all reservations less than 5 days will incur a cleaning fee, depending on the home size. Pool heating is optional, on request with an additional charge payable in resort. This form of heating, gas pool heating is far more effective than electric. Any home that does have gas heating will be advised at reservation stage and the client can decide to either accept or decline this option.
Useful Information on Distances at Calaby Parc Executive Homes - Hotel Medhotels does not offer transfers to Villas and Townhouses. However, due to the location of the properties we strongly recommend all clients to pre-book Car Hire, in order to travel to and from the property and to take full advantage of all that the area has to offer. Driving instructions will be provided within 3 days of the booking.
