The grounds comprise some 40 hectares of garden. The main building is constructed in the style of times gone by. A flight of steps begins in an open entrance area and leads into a reception area flooded with sunlight, richly decorated with antiques, ceramics and potted plants. There are a total of 51 rooms and 13 bungalows, which are interspersed around the trees and flower gardens. Built in the traditional Mayan style, the bungalows are constructed from wood, stone and marble from the local area and are topped with palm leaf rooves. The guests have access to a hotel safe, shopping amenities, currency exchange counter, table games, emergency medical service, cloakroom, tourist information office, car hire, laundry and room services, childcare and a parking space. All together there are 5 restaurants, offering a selection of Mexican, American and international dishes.

The bungalow complex is in the heart of the Chichén Itzá archaeological park and has its own private access point to the Mayan temples. \"\"Progreso\"\" beach is in the immediate vicinity, around 5 minutes away by foot. The centre of Piste, the Largatos river and the ruins of Ek Balam are also close by. From the hotel it is approximately 3 hours to Cancun international airport.

The accommodation blocks are decorated with ceramic, wooden and marble artworks and each comes with a fully equipped en suite bathroom with hairdryer.
