Opened in 2007, this beach resort sits just at the heart of Singapore's hippest beach - Siloso Beach. It is edged with natural and rugged foliage, and fronted by a large spring water feature, a stream for leisure swimming and waterfall for play and relaxation. The resort has a café on level 1. Meeting facilities include a Grand Ballroom as well as smaller conference rooms suitable for board meetings. The rooms on offer include 102 deluxe rooms (30 m˛, with either two single beds or a queen bed), 16 double-storey roof garden suites (60 m˛) and 12 villas overlooking the sea (7 more villas to be completed by the middle of 2008). Every guest room is designed with a bay-window looking out to the white sandy beaches and the western sea of Singapore. Rooms are air-conditioned (centrally-regulated) and are all non-smoking, as they do not have a balcony. Guests who smoke are advised to smoke outside their rooms. Amenities include a safe deposit box, cable television, Internet access, complimentary coffee/tea making facilities, a hairdryer, high-speed internet access (subject to fees), international direct dial telephone, a mini-fridge and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The beach is a 2-minute walk away and within a 5-minute walk is a bicycle kiosk which rents chil and adult bicycles (choice of a basket or child seat), bicycles for two as well as roller-blades (subject to fees).
