| Anton's restaurant and Champagne barn, overseen by renowned Chef Patron Anton Edelmann, offers seasonal menus with ingredients sourced from local suppliers wherever possible. The restaurant overlooks our lake and swan sanctuary and serves lunch and dinner all week through with the only exception being Saturday lunchtime. Competitively priced and is fast gaining a reputation as the leading restaurant in the area. Booking is a must for Friday and Saturday evenings.
